As a personal trainer in Mississauga, a common thing I here from working professionals is that they are not fit because they never get the results that they want from diet and exercise. The mindset shift that I challenge them on is why they think that what they were is the way to go about getting fit.
Diet and exercise is not a one-size-fits all formula. There are many ways to approach fitness and get to the results that you are looking for. But you have to realise that if what you are doing isn’t working, there is no point in keep doing it. You have to try the approach that works best for you, and what works for someone else, won’t necessarily work for you.
