Discipline is just a choice between what you want now and what you want the most. Emotions are what drive our actions, and getting the right mental framework in place will ensure that we take actions that support what we are truly after. The habit circle is one that illustrates that perfectly. Habits are triggered, a routine is followed as a results of trigger, and reward is experienced as a result of that habit.
Take a moment and jot down your habits and see what triggers them and what rewards you get from them? Are these habits what make you fit or make you less fit?
